What we look for in Stockist partners:
We’re selective about partnerships to ensure Ventriq is presented in the right environment. Generally, we look for businesses that align with our target market. This could be sports and fitness retailers, supplement and nutrition shops, pharmacies and drugstores, sleep clinics or wellness centres, health focused e commerce sites, etc. We also look for a commitment to a premium customer experience and proper product presentation.
How to Become a Ventriq Stockist:
1. Application: Fill out our Stockist Inquiry Form or send an email to partnerships@ventriq.com with the subject “Stockist Application”. Introduce yourself and your business, including details like business name, type of store, locations, years in operation, and why you’re interested in Ventriq.
2. Review & Follow-up: Our team will review your inquiry. If we need more details, we’ll reach out. We might request a quick call to discuss wholesale pricing, logistics, and ensure mutual fit.
3. Approval & Onboarding: Once approved, we’ll provide you with our wholesale pricing list, terms, and an agreement. We’ll also set you up as a wholesale customer in our system.
4. Placing Orders: After onboarding, you can place your first order! We’ll discuss payment terms and ship your wholesale order promptly. For international partners, we can work out the best shipping method or connect you with a distributor.
5. Ongoing Relationship: We’re here to help you succeed. You’ll receive notice of new product launches or updates. We may offer promotions exclusively for stockists. Keep us updated on how Ventriq is selling in your store and any customer feedback.
